I package up your item’s and send them to you!
You get sent a tracking number so you can see every detail.

I currently charge £15 an hour + material costs + postage/shipping.
*For weavings specifically I charge £8 per inch of weaving, instead of an hourly price.
I will give you an estimate of the total cost/s so we can discuss budget friendly options. :)
Before starting a project I will take a 25% non-refundable deposit. This is to cover my costs if the project gets cancelled after starting.
*The deposit is 25% of the estimate, and will be removed from your final total*
The remaining costs will need to be paid before I send anything off. They are unlikely to be more than the estimate (minus the deposit) but in some cases there are extra costs, like shipping charges, I can’t predict before everything is finished.
In some instances I will need to take the entire payment upfront but this will be discussed with you before anything is started.
*I will not start the project until the deposit is received. Nor will I post it until the remaining cost has been paid.*

My current turn around time is 4 weeks+. However some smaller projects I may be able to complete sooner.
This is so we have plenty of time to discuss any details, and make revisions. I am often happy to work within a deadline, but please make sure I’m made aware of this before starting any projects.
All commissions are done on a first come first serve basis, there is no way to jump to the top of the queue.
I am just one person, and I hand make everything, so unique, custom items take a long time to make! :)

The deposit will not be refunded once I have started the project.
In the case of damaged or undelivered items I am able to give a full or partial refund, since the postal services I use will account for this.
I do not accept returns for commissions as they are custom pieces that are agreed in advance.
