I aim to pack and post orders within 3 days, but please keep in mind I’m a one woman show so it may take me a few days extra! :)
UK:
All orders are sent using Royal Mails tracked services. You have the option of 48 or 24 hour tracked options at checkout. :) You’ll be emailed a tracking number after your order has been posted!
International:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked postage. You’ll be emailed a tracking number after your order has been posted!
US only:
An extra 11% of each item is added onto your total to combat tariffs at customs. This means I can pre-pay these tariffs when I post your order, so they don’t take you by surprise. :)

Since I’m a small business and handmake everything I sell, I do not take returns. If you have concerns about a piece, please contact me before you purchase it so I can help. :)
If you need to cancel your order, I am only able to do that before it has been shipped. Once it’s been shipped your order is completely out of my hands!
In the case of damaged or undelivered items I may be able to give a full or partial refund, since the postal services I use may cover the expense.
*All refunds and returns are taken on a case by case basis, since there will be specific circumstances to take into account*

As an artist I am always trying to find ways to be more sustainable. Here’s a list of things I do/use to try and reduce my impact on the environment, as well as a list of key words I use, and what they mean.
Buy second hand materials - From charity shops, ebay, marketplace, and even friends/ family.
Repurpose materials - Any material that would other-wise go to waste if I did not use it in a different way to its intended purpose. E.g. Frogging an holey old jumper for the yarn
Buy new materials from sustainable sources where they recycle or repurpose them! :)
Use postal services that carbon offset their deliveries.
Reuse old packing.
New packaging is from recycled materials and/or biodegradable. I never use new plastics.
Eco-friendly - When I list things as eco-friendly, that means it could go in the compost and cause no damage to the environment! :)
